RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every product you receive from Skin Haven. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
30-DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email us at Skinhaven00@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If 7 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please check with your bank first — processing times vary. Then contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or shade, simply return your item and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, opened lip products, face masks, and skincare serums cannot be returned unless they are defective.
