All products sold on skinhaven.online are covered by this guarantee. Whether it's a serum, a lip oil, a mask, or a device — if it doesn't work for you, we want to hear about it.

What's not covered

We can't offer refunds on orders where the full product has been used up, or on orders reported more than 30 days after delivery. We also can't process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
